Drawing from our decades of experience in the industrial packaging equipment space we are proud to continue to support the Gramatech line of professional chamber sealers. Built out of a need to service customers whos products did not make a custom pack viable, these chamber systems have been designed to reliably deliber a seal for production run after run. All Gramatech table-top models feature 304 stainless steel construction including a heavy gauge fully welded vacuum cavity that prevents warping that can occur on the lighter gauge deep drawn vacuum cavities used in many other brands. All standard Gramatech CHTC models come with a PD-01 basic digital control system, operate on 110V/1PH/60HZ power, and do not require an additional compressed air source (Air assisted seal option availble for some models with external source).
Available from surprisongly small tabletop models all the way up to double chamber units, our Gramatech chamber sealers deliver high quality results, with the flexibility to have it manufactured to meet your exact specifications and needs. With upgrades like improved PNC01 control system for even more fine tuned temerature and multi stage control.

Benefits of a Tabletop Chamber Sealer
label Tabletop models offer you a self-contained (110V/1PH/60HZ only no outside source of compressed air required) machine with a small footprint yet capable of providing a completed package with the lowest residual oxygen content.
label Very little operator input is required to produce a perfect package every time. Just place your package inside the vacuum cavity and close the lid to start the cycle.
label If your package or packages fit inside the vacuum cavity and on the seal bar of seal bars then your product can be vacuum packaged in one cycle no multiple nozzles required, except in gas flush applications.
label All tabletop models can be upgraded to our PNC-01 microprocessor control system thus adding the capability to have memory capacity as well as multi-stage gas flush and soft air venting.
