3-Side Seal Bags & Fold-Over Bottom Bags: Under 6"

Mini ZipSeal Pouches are small Mylar bags with zippers that measure less than 5" in width and 6" in length. These mini zipper bags come in a range of stock colors and IMPAK can produce other colors by custom order. They are available like all ZipSeal pouches in a fill through zipper (OZE) and Fill Trough bottom (ZTE) styles. OZE pouches are sealed on three sides and open at the zipper end (can come with 3 side seals, or 2 side seals with a fold over bottom). For customers who need Tamper Evident packaging, ZTE mini ZipSeal pouches come with 3 side seals including the top zipper end with the bottom left open for filling. his allows the packager to fill the bag without being hindered by the zipper. Once the pouch is filled, the open end is heat sealed and the contents are protected until they reach the consumer. Speak to our team to discuss custom options.

Standard 3-side seal ZipSeal Pouch
The three-side seal pouch is by far the most popular form of zipseals due to its simplicity and virtually limitless number of applications. These bags come in many sizes and colors and can be used for the safe packaging of practically any type of product.
*IMPAK also produces laboratory-grade bags of this type with write-on capability, as well as custom print pouches.

Fold-over-bottom pouch (2-side seal)
Fold over pouches offer slightly more filling volume in the same outer-dimension bag. The three closed sides are achieved by a folded side, and two sealed sides - and needs to be filled through the open ZipSeal.
