PrintRapid™ Band Sealers with Integrated Inkjet Printer

The PrintRapid™ Series of Continuous Stainless Steel Band Sealers with Built-in Inkjet™ Printers are a great all in one platform to launch or augment a packaging line. The PrintRapid™ and PrintRapid™ Pro are both tabletop ready units that can have vertical or horizontal orientation. The PHR1525RLB-INJ is more than capable of sealing a minimum of 45 bags (Example: 3.4" x 4") per minute. Each PrintRapid™ comes with an cartidge based Inkjet printer and controller built into the machine that allows the customer to print up to 6 print lines. Perfect for lot codes, expiration dates and company name, the best part of this feature is that the machine will print on the bag at the same time it seals the bag. Capable of heat sealing at up to 300 C°, this machine is capable of sealing most materials used in flexible packaging. For larger projects we also offer the PrintRapid™ Max - a vertical large body band sealer with the same Inkjet integration that makes it's smaller siblings so popular.

While each comes with a clip to store safely, we have had customers who wanted a little extra visible assurance.
