Introducing the Intelligent Sealing System (iS2)
The GCV-16 (front or left/right seal bar variations) is the next step up in the gramatech Castle Vak line of home chamber sealers. As with all of the Gramatech chamber machines the GCV-16 can meet UL and CSA safety standards (meet all the requirements for use in restaurants, delis, test kitchens and any other establishment that is inspected by the local or state authorities). The GCV-16 is a powerful home chamber sealer that is easy to operate as well.
