Pre-Sterilization

For most applications, the technique for packaging instruments for sterilization includes pre-sterilization of instruments and packaging under sterile conditions to preserve the interior environment and contents. Starting with a pure microorganism free environment (sterile field) ensures less contamination in production. Reliable materials and construction are still required to ensure the packaging maintains the barrier spec, but prepackaged and presterilized packs are a simple way to get cleanroom-ready pouches to your door.

Terminal sterilization

For some customers who require the product be sterilized after being sealed in its terminal packaging, we work with them to ensure we provide the right material to meet their processing requirements. From thin poly design for sensitive gamma sterilization, to more heavy duty pouches featuring a Tyvek header strip for chemical and steam sterilization of medical instruments in peel pouches.
