Side gusseted bags continue to be the preferred style for many coffee roasters, and provide the ultimate in physical protection, oxygen and moisture barrier, and packaging convenience. They are also used for a number of other applications, including pet food, baking mixes, protein powder, construction materials, garden supplies, and more. In larger 5 lb sizes and up, the gusset allows you to maximize usable space in the package without compromising a clean and shelf-stable product.
Our side gusset bags can be produced in a wide array of sizes, colors, and styles. Side gusset styles include center seal, corner seal, quad seal, and 8 side seal (or flat bottom pouches); each style provides different custom print options. Our foil bags are 4.3 to 7.5 mil thick and are available with or without one-way degassing valves. As always, we can produce a custom size, material, and/or design, including options like clear windows and ZipSeal closures on some side gusset styles.

Or you may have seen these alternate style pouches for use with coffees and teas. Elegant and durable, these square-bottom stand up bags continue to be a preferred packaging solution for many of our customers in the coffee industry. The square design allows you to utilize the entire footprint of the bag, thus maximizing your retail shelf presence. Available with Adhesive Tin Ties to give each a simple closure.
