When determining what kind of stand pouch you will want, the two primary criteria that any buyer should consider are:

Style
Two primary style choices - stand pouches with ZipSeal™ and stand pouches without ZipSeal™.
There are other style details such as valves, special bottom seals, and fitments which include the insertion of pour spouts into the stand pouch.

Material Choice
We have over 62 standard and special flexible films on the floor at anytime.

All of the materials listed are 5.0 mils thick. We use a lamination process which allows for freezing and boiling and in the case of the clear pouches (PAKPM5), microwaving.

Natural Kraft Stand up Bag - 8 ounce

These natural looking Kraft foil stand up bags are laminated using high quality materials and manufactured with consistency which provides the highest barrier protection against moisture, oxygen and UV lighting. The Kraft bags layered construction totals approximately 5.5 mils thickness, which consists of Paper/AL/LLDPE married with high barrier characteristics will provide your product extended shelf life. Each bag comes with a Tear Notch and Zipseal which most retailers find to be a great marketing tool for their product since the bag is tamper evident and also resalable. The Kraft paper also provides the natural look and feel that today's retailers are looking for since natural Kraft and flexible packaging can be marketed as a greener and eco friendlier way of packaging than most conventional packaging.

Stand-up pouches (SUP) are the ideal solution for food and pet food packaging, offering a good alternative to cans or aluminum trays. Stand up pouches are produced from light-weight laminates and possess high oxygen and moisture barrier properties.

Our stand up pouches are available in a wide variety of formats (e.g. single serve packaging) and for a number of applications (e.g. food pouch, pet food pouch, etc.). Retort pouches can be sterilized and pasteurized for food, pet food as well as non-food applications and are customizable in shape, design and special features.

The flexible concept of our printed stand-up pouches also gives you a wide range of presentation possibilities to choose from. High-quality flexo print designs ensure an elegant, attractive appearance and catch the attention of potential buyers.

Light-weight and functional packaging

Compared to traditional cans pouches have less packaging weight per 100g of filled product and less shipping weight (3% of the filled product, as compared with 20% for metal cans). The drastic weight reduction of a stand-up pouch benefits both end-consumers and our environment with less waste, less carbon and less costs.

Thanks to the reduced retort time for a stand up pouch, the vitamins, minerals and the original taste of the meal are also preserved more fully. High-performance laminates ensure excellent barrier properties of the flexible pouch and keep content safe from oxygen, moisture and light.
