PHYSICAL PROPERTIES: 48ga Pet/adh/.00035 foil/metallocene WHITE linear low density polyethylene.
PAKVF4CWSL is known for its high hot tack strength, wide range of seal ability and ability to seal through products that may be coating the seal area, such as fine powders (i.e., vitamin powders, protein powder, pharmaceutical based powders etc.). It also provides an excellent barrier for oily or greasy products.
The outer layer provides oxygen barrier properties and the FDA approved metallocene polyethylene inner layer provides better puncture resistance than many sealant layers. Ideal for food products.
Fundamentally, this material has the same properties as our PAKVF4C structure with a WHITE sealant layer.
