HOW TO READ THIS CHART: Desiccant packets range from 1/4 (0.25) to 14 grams. The packets range from thumbnail size, 5/8" x 13/16", to 3" x 1.5" pillow packs. They are packaged in 10 gallon moisture barrier drums, 5 gallon, and 1 gallon cans. (Very small quantity packages - 100-500 pieces are at the bottom of the page.) The quantity per container is listed in column B and the P/N for 1 gallon can quantities is in italics below the P/N for drum packaging. For production quantities please fill out a quote request form with P/N and your application.

What is this ? The small packet that you find in beef jerky does NOT absorb moisture. Those packets are oxygen absorbers. A product that allows food products to be packaged without preservatives.

Handling of desiccants is critical to their performance. The moisture adsorption capacity of desiccant packets can be diminished by up to 25% within one hour or less of exposure depending on the RH of the environment. Care should be taken to ensure that desiccant packets are stored and handled properly to ensure maximum effectiveness.
