Special Surface Channel Bags
Special Surface Channel Bags, also referred to as embossed vacuum bags or textured vacuum bags, are designed for use with external clamp vacuum machines, including the Tilia FoodSaver™, Magic Vac™, Rival Seal-a-Meal™, Black & Decker , SPV-5 , VacMaster™ , Kenmore™ Pro-2100 and 2300, Vacuseal, Deni, Cabela's, Sears-Fast Vac-Mini-2010, and many more. These textured vacuum bags have a special embossed surface, creating channels for air to easily be removed from the bag. As a result of their textured design, embossed vacuum bags provide an higher than usual oxygen barrier, which significantly extends the shelf life and flavor of food products, as well as greatly reducing the occurrence of freezer burn and moisture loss, thus reducing waste. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have a vacuum sealer with a 12" wide seal bar, you may feel that the 12" x 16" which works very well in the MagicVac (15") wide sealer or the Pro2100/2300 (15") wide sealer, is too big to use with 12" seal bar sealers or some of the machines made overseas. This is not the case, people continually tell us new ways to use their channel bag machines. Our 14" , 16" and 24" wide bags can be used with most of your 12" wide machines.
